Elland Basin, Elland, West Yorkshire, UK. 28th December, 2015. Owners busy cleaning the bank side of the Calder and Hebble Navigation. This boat 'Elizabeth' was lifted out of the canal onto the bank when the waters rose more than four feet above the normal level of the canal, but manoeuvered back to safety by a local man before it became marooned.
